We can bring this up and discuss it at the board meeting. I'm not certain it's right for the Journal, which is hopefully a pronted document to the most part, but it might be useful for other aspects of things or a suppliment.
Ron is correct that it's running in Perl would be an advantage althrough it can run in TCL or C as far as I'm concerned, under a CGI interface. As long as I doen't have to ripped the apache compile apart to make it run, it is self contained and it is reasonably secure.
