Do to unexpected vacancies on the board of NYLXS, INC. a emergency meeting
of the entire membership is being called. Tues July 8, 2003 7:00 P.M. at the
Killarney Rose 82 Beaver Street 2nd floor.
As per the By-Laws NYLXS will be nominating and voting on the following
positions: 2nd Vice President, Recording Secretary and Treasurer.
