I can't say I'm surprised. I tried it myself and couldn't find one either.
I did run across http://h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/us/en/sm/WF05a/12454-64287-89301-321860-f9-337529.html which has the friendly statement "Compaq PCs use genuine Microsoft Windows" at the bottom along with a link to www.microsoft.com/piracy/howtotell. I've noticed that all the big OEMs have this message these days. Coincidence? Take a look at:

I wish you the best of luck. Perhaps you'll have better luck than I did with Dell a few years ago. They wouldn't sell me a desktop with Linux at any price.
If the OEMs don't want to sell Linux on desktop machines, that's fine. What bothers me is when they make big public claims to offer the machines and then never do. The press releases hit Slashdot and everybody gets all excited but then nobody seems to care when the OEMs don't follow through. I don't know why some tech reporters haven't written articles about the broken promises of OEMs to offer desktop Linux preloads.
