As I count it, 4 strongly want the ban, especially with regard to the deal
that was struck with those in opposition to the law suite and the ban, which
was mostly you and Joe Maffia, with a couple of other members in the middle
like Joe Villari, and possibly Mike Richardson. My hand grew stronger as things
went on and on, and as everyone became more exposed to the problem
On another note, I'm getting more than a little sick of your expressions of
love for me and how much you really like me. This must be how Lenin loved
Trotsky. Nobody was in a better position than you other than me to lead
NYLXS forward on it's program, but instead you got this weirdo idea that
NYLXS was somehow transformed into a technology club, and the boy with the
biggest technology toy was the king of the hill. Going all the way back
to before even the troubles with Brett and Jay, you were gossiping behind
my back on how you needed to extract the technology from my oversite, and
then continued on recruiting people to this made of crapola about your
victemization from that point forward....and I tolerated it...for nearly
a year.
In my grandmother's venacular Marco, your a shit. I only did good things
for you, and you repetedy worked to defame me to others over and over.
And not only that, but you did everything you could to turn NYLXS upside
down until you got the toys you wanted. And then when I finally gave
up, despite the huge personal sacrifice that ripping the server out of
my local network would mean, you rolled over on the entire group and
screwed everybody.
And I'm telling this to your face, and in public, not behind your back, or
to others in dark hallways. And I wouldn't even normally do this in public
except that you have ALREADY made it a public issue through back channels.
Every where and everyone I spoke to about you was positive and about your
great potential as a future leader. I spent nearly an evening with Dave
Williams saying this. When Joe Maffia questioned your ability to run NYLXS
I gave him my 100% support of you. When we sat on opposite ends of the
NY Fair Use issue, even after you publically humiliated me TWICE, I still
stood behind you, and all you managed to do was come up with your now
infameous "Puppet President" email. In truth, I had been very supportive of
you, even awarding you with an achivement award, and never once framed
anything as Ruben veruses Marco. And yet you did this repeatedly all through
the 3 months of your administration.
Somebody definetely owes someone an apology around here, but it isn't me.
You questioned my integrety, attacked my vision, upset important relationships
that I had with friends, friends dedicated to the success of NYLXS, and
furmented general disatisfaction.
The best you could come with once the events YOU SET IN MOTION came to happen
was a half warm statement that I'm not selfish. Really now. How would
anyone come to that conclusion?
PLEASE PLEASE, have affection for somebody else...because you've demonstrated
an evil eye and the touch of death.
I don't know how you envision your relationship with NYLXS and how you view
your membership, but you should consider it carefully. The last thing NYLXS
needs is a malcontent from the peanut gallery with his own agenda.
As for how you might envision your personal relationship with me, that is
cold stone dead. I will only work with you on professional matters.
