This is not short notice. This can happen on any Monday evening, for the next 1.5 months. This is for the school that I teach at.
For example, I was reading Adam's work, and it puzzled me, how the opposing lawyer was able to make the claim that Microsoft's EULA is hearsay. This is not something us average folk are prepared for.

Gee - I wish I could make this claim, but I personally haven't been through the courts on IT issues.
