SUBJECT | Subject: [hangout] NYLXS materials

Hello
I want to thank everyone who has worked with NYLXS over the last 2 years for their outstanding efforts and passionate involvement. I find, that at this time, I can no longer donate the time and money that everyone has been accustomed to, and I'm going to be lowering my profile in the organization a great deal.
I also need to have all the NYLXS materials, including the library, server, video camera, 3 boxes of folders, software boxes, mixer, equiptment, and library out of my apartment. After Richard Stallman finishes his visit, I will be removing all my personal information off the NYLXS server, and the server should be picked upped from my office. In addition, there is the two 12 foot tables and at least 11 folding chairs which must be housed in another location, a box plus of distributions and other odds and ends.
I will also be clearing out of the house any of the NYLXS flyers, buttons and other marketing material which has been cluttering up my apartment.
Finally, I will no long be able to be the liason between NYLXS and Kings Games. It is likely that all the equiptment at Kings Games will go without supervision.
Everyone in NYLXS has been nothing but a class act. I want to personally extend my thanks to everyone involved in the organization.
I will be finishing with the last classes of this round of the FSI, but I'm not certain yet of my availablity for other classes past my current commitment.
In addition, be aware that I will not be making any meetings which are not scheduled at least a week in advanced and which are not posted on the NYLXS calender. I can only make meetings after 8:00PM. I will not be able to help with technite anymore either because of time constraints.
I will have this quartly Journal, hopefully finished by Sunday, and will continue with only those obligations I've committed myself to in the Membership Comittee, the FSI and the Journal Committee. However, I can not do the publicity and put up posters for the classes at this point.
Because of spam, I will likely be changing my email address over the next week. This is unrelated to anything else, but I want to give everyone a heads up.
Everyone who has a key to my apartment needs to return the keys immediately
I spend $100 for food at the last 2 technites, which had shown great promise. I will donate that money to NYLXS.
Thanks for being great.
Ruben
