I don't know how separate Forbes magazine is from Forbes.com, but their site contains a Masthead page with the following information:
Forbes.com 28 West 23rd Street 11th Floor New York, NY 10010 Phone (212) 366-8900 Fax (212) 366-8804
Paul Maidment is the Editor of Forbes.com and Executive Editor of Forbes pmaidment-at-forbes.com
Lisa DiCarlo, Senior Editor, has now written *two* ridiculous articles on GNU/Linux, and can be reached at ldicarlo-at-forbes.net
Tim Forbes (of course) is the Chairman, and Jim Spanfeller is President and CEO. Neither gentlemen have an email address listed, but can probably be reached at the office address.
There is also a generic letters-at-forbes.net address.
Adam Kosmin contacted Ms. DiCarlo directly about her work, and discovered that she has probably never worked with software in her life. Unfortunately I think they have a larger editorial policy of being confused if not outright disparaging about Free Software, because DiCarlo isn't alone in writing bizarre essays.
But then they turn around and publish this article:
http://www.forbes.com/technology/2003/06/20/cz_eb_0620linux.html
and quote Tony Stanco while making a painful stab at defining "open source" [sic].
Ultimately they are a business rag trying to sell ads. I don't know how they would react if they actually try to digest the concept of Free Software. No doubt it would offend their free market sensibilities. After all, Malcolm's boy Steve Forbes wants a flat tax for the rich!
