I've seen a couple of sites referencing the protest, and the impression
I get is that some of the people attending it considered it "all in
fun."
Personally, I don't get that. A guy who works across the street from
SCO said it was a cheerful scene with the LUG members and SCO employees
chatting and sharing beverages. Another person said that McBride
stopped on his way out to hang with the LUG people and had his picture
taken with them.
I don't care how genial and soft-headed the folks in Utah are. The fact
that someone made those signs (regardless of their intentions) tells me
a lot.
