This is where is really blow. Ther baically saying the very idea of a Unix like OS is violation of their copyrights.
Yep - While NYLXS is busy figuring out how to manage its assets with paperwork, the war is taking place without them. Soon their won't be any asset to protect, which is a viable free software system. The combination of this, the MS DRM announcements, and the attitude of one Linus Tovalds
Surely if we wrap up NYLXS with enough reports, budgets, and restrictions to action, we'll grow into a REAL NON-PROFIT. One just as useless as the all those other ones.
