I have a number of ideas but the first one is that NYLXS needs to be strong in its execution of its mission. It needs its volunteer core to begin to move effectively very fast.
I just got off the phone with Evan, and this situation, in combination with the current env environment is producing the criticle moment in Free Software history, which if we don't manage it as a larger commutnity, we are going to just lose everything....
