We have a time slot but we have to be there by 8:00

will be later. and example is at the bottom but we
need to iron it out. This is our time to shine. Thank

Hi, Mr. DaSilva. Yes, we can fit you into the
schedule.
I will place
you in a timeslot starting at 9:00am. Please be at
the conference site
no later than 8:30. You can look for me there. I
will be signing
people
in. Our time slots are one hour and fifteen minutes,
and you can
present
in all 3 slots. I may also have to make some last
minute scheduling
changes, so hopefully you can be flexible if we need
to shift the
schedule a bit. See you then!
