I would like to schedule a
Tech Commitee Meeting on
Sunday May 25th from 4-7pm.
On the agenda will be:
--An inventory of the Tech. assets including servers, video, audio,
networking equipment.
--A discussion of the templating system begin developed for the .org
website.
--A discussion of the development of a contact management system for the
PR commitee.
--Hopefully a resolution of the mail issues, so that every member and
commitee head can send as well as receive mail at nylxs.org
We also need someone who would be interested in learing the ins of our
radio broadcasting system, who will get training to run the shows
more regularly than we have been.
That's all can think of for now.
