What I want feedback on is the resizing of the page. If you have a small
browser window vs. a big one. I think the design looks a bit less
cluttered. If anyone can test the page with different IE's that would
be good. I have access to none really, and it would be good to make sure
that the layout works before I finalize the automation of the button
creation and the left-hand menu, and the inclusion of the main (middle)
content. I have new code for the calendars coming soon, stay tuned ...

We were going on the idea that we should not change the overall design.
Just simplify it a bit. I do need to reduce the number of style tags,
if you look at the code there are alot of unused ones, but we should
standardize the usage of headers and list items.
It loads faster because there are much fewer embedded tables, as few as
possible but still five or so, and much redundant style information has
been removed making the download size much smaller.
