For as long as I can remember, and that's going back to the early 80's, the trade press as a group has always tended to keep things simple. There are winners, there are losers, and advertisers are usually given the status of the former, not the latter.
So don't let them upset you much. When they decide to pile-on the "Linux bandwagon" they'll still be spewing shit, it'll just be more pleasant to read.
