Alas! You have confused Public Relations with Internal Relations, or something similar.
You can scream at the top of your lungs in a Board Meeting and I would have nothing to say. This proposal only effects someone's ability to run around naked in the park with a sign that says "I'm the NYLXS!" (or the intellectual equivalent).
Remember: PUBLIC Relations.
