I don't see this leap in logic. I get hundreds of emails every day which are not
spam. None, however, are from Korea.
There is no reason to be in a constant state of ever increasing war with spammers.
Just block Korea until they figure out they need to fix their spamming problem
Jeez - talk about weapons of mass destruction!
And interesting note on the Korean situation is their broad band policy.
Broadband can be very cheap and available everywhere in the US right now, through DSL and
the phone service. The stick in the eye is telco (Verizon in our case). The technology for
this has been built into the system for decades. The refusal to open it up at affordable
prices in the US has cost the economy billions of dollars and millions of jobs. It's a
major contributer to the recession.
And it's giving cover for the MPAA to claim Broadband isn't being adopted because of a lack
of DRM for Movies. This is complete bullshit. The problem is with the FCC and Washignton.
Their protection of special interests is costing the ecomony a fourtune and the expense of people's
livelyhood.
In korea, DSL and boardband is CHEAP. And that is why they have so many damn spammers.
