The PR Committee meeting started on time 8:00 P.M.. topics discussed were 1)
A video production crew. This would crew needs actors, actresses, writers,
camera people. You would be shown what to do. If interested e-mail
miker-at-nylxs.com 2) A phone number, fax number and mailing address for PR.
3) All Public comments and/or any comments affecting NYLXS go though the PR
committee (statements, e-mail, postings and/or any positions claimed [or
could be claimed] to be NYLXS. 4) Office Manger for PR. 5) What are the
responsible of the PR Committee. 6) Weather the Journal fall within the PR
frame work or not?
In light of the above it is suggested that the NYLXS Board meet and set out
the Responeablies, Duties, Authority and a Mission Statement for the PR
Committee. Also change the PR Committee name to The Public Relations
Department, change the post of Chairperson to director.
The PR Dept. needs editors, proofreaders, writers, people to scan the net
and newspapers and report items concerning NYLXS. E-mail miker-at-nylxs.com
