Collecting the emails would be a start.
Setting up the email account is simple, making sure that the email
addresses are correct and going to the right place is another issue.

I think vin had the best approach when he advertised the Fairuse actions
last summer, figure out the best places to get announcements of upcoming
events, venues for getting the word out about the classes and events.
Eventually control of the NYLXS announcements list, but we have to pick
through that coding, when Ruben gets back.

You are welcome to bring this up at the next board meeting, I don't
believe there is need for a specific meeting for this.

I think many people have partial lists and ideas, if you could be a
collector of these lists that would be a good thing.
