You know I never liked the confusion the term 'Open Source' adds to the issue we are all concerned with which is software (and now hardware) freedom.
The day 'Open Source' means nothing because the marketing masses have completely turned it into buzzword pulp, then everyone will have to fall back to the much more hardy and valourous 'Free Software'.
To all those for whom the term 'Open Source' has always stuck in the throat, we salute you.
