The egov-os action was before the board meeting. The Government already had
us as NY Fair Use. Both items developed simutaneously.
We can take a blind eye to their abuse of NY Fair Use, but they can't take credit for
NYLXS activities, which is what they've done ... and therefore, we will need to take them to court.

Yes you do when it represents you. In this case it does and Jay
is passing himself off as us nstead of a newly formed corperation.
We can expect about a year of
NY Ass of Copyright stakeholders, formerly known as NY Fair Use

This is not either or, it's both. In addition, I think NYLXS should just flood
the NY Fair Use Inc meetings and take over the organization through democratic means
and finally put this whole matter to bed.
A statement will be PRed after May 2nd after the next NY Fair Use meeting
