If we decide to do this, we should word the mail better, with a short
explaination, and have the certified letter checked before sending it,
so that it does not so obviously look like a late night tinkering by
Ruben of the leagalese of the other certified letter we sent about
nylxs.org.
As it stands this letter is confusing, and randomly sending it
unprovoked to lists you happen to decide are important
WILL CREATE ENEMIES
STOP NOW.
