Dave,
I'm sorry not to have responded. But my harddisk issues have effectively
trashed my openoffice installation, and I still feel like I'm walking on
eggshells around my hardware, though I did the va-ctcs burnin hardware
tester program, and it says it had no errors.
The schools are on vacation, right now but we should get the proposal
for Concord soon.
Also, I talked with selso, who is working on the proposal for the board
of ed. He is getting help from a professional grant writer and said he
could get us a draft by tonight, or at the latest he is getting a
version back from the writer on Friday.
