An observation: ACS (Association of Copyright Stakeholders) can't be used without the NY, because of the American Chemistry Society. I thought about rearranging it to CSA, because after the Confederate States of America it didn't seem likely to be used again. Sure enough, there's a Chicago Software Association.
It's a tricky one, and I haven't come up with anything better. I made a table of potential keywords and terms which I've been mixing and matching, but nothing stands out. Nothing wrong with NYACS, but the NY can't be decoupled.
