They turned over the NYLXS.org domain.
They are still holding the NYFAIRUSE domains, which are also our trademarks.
We tried to settle with them, and trade it to them, but they have refused to help.
Jay, BTW, aside from make a few meetings, helped NY Fair Use with exactly 1 1/2 actions amoung hundreds in nearly 2 years.
Brett helped in exactly 2.
