Here is a brief description of the position:

Summary:
Maintains a classroom environment that facilitates a positive learning
and teaching experience for customers and instructors.
Utilizes HP Education Services automated set-up processes by using
custom business applicationss and following documented course set-up
specifications in accordance with their specific set-up standards.
Other documented business applications are used in support of planning,
staging and delivery of HP Education Services.
Communicates and maintains through a variety of desiginated methods the
status of equipment inventory, in a timely manner and according to
documented procedures.
Activities include management and reporting of repairs, disposing or
retiring of equipment, tagging capital asset and expensed items or other
activities as required.
*Minimum Qualifications/Experience*
UNIX,Linux,NT,Microsoft Windows O/S, MPE are used in the environment
* Demonstrated ability to apply documented processes. Basic
trouleshooting skills.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing
* Good planning/organization skills, follows direction, work with
minimal supeervision.
* Ability to lift 75lbs.
Desired: Strong PC hardware and operating system skills 1-3 years
related experience.
