Hi,
I was disapproved for NY State Dept. of Labor reimbursmnet for NYLXS
classes for two listed reasons. First was on the grounds that it was
only "part-time", 4 hours per week. They require at least 12 hours per
week. Second, because the entire program I listed ran longer than 24
months, which is their limit.
It is important to know why they are denying reimbursement going forward
in order to aleviate these issues for future students.
