ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE ANNUAL BOARD ELECTION
The Committee overseeing the NYLXS Annual Election will be formally
holding the election at the next NYLXS Board Meeting on Monday, March
24th.
At this point the President, Ruben Safir, will have to formally call the
meeting and arrange for its location, to conduct this business and
whatever else the Board wishes to schedule at that time.
Voting will be done by paper ballot, to be distributed at the meeting.
If any qualified voter is unable to appear in person they must send an
e-mail message requesting an absentee ballot. The request must be
submitted to the following e-mail address, and include your name and
postal (US Mail) address:

A ballot will be mailed to you, and must be returned prior to Sunday,
March 30st. The absentee ballot request must be submitted by the date
of the meeting, 6:00 PM, Monday, March 24th.
It is the responsibility of the Board to determine which members are
eligible to vote according to the rules described in the NYLXS
Constitution. To date we have a list of 34 members in good standing,
and unless we are offered additional qualified names we will assume that
this is the entirety of the eligible voting membership.
