CfRC, a non-profit organization is seeking an Information Systems Manager to oversee the daily operations of all computer and information technology systems at all CfRC locations.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following, but may be adjusted as needed and are not considered all-inclusive: Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot the following: desktops, laptops, peripheral devices, networked devices, and software applications for 100 employees at two locations. Provide user support and supervise help desk coordinator. Establish and implement equipment purchase and modification schedule. Conduct maintenance of organization-wide data backups. Recommend modifications and/or upgrades to the network, user workstations, servers, and other essential equipment. Research creative software and hardware solutions for program-specific goals. Create training program for new employees for specific software applications and provide ongoing training support for staff. Assist with implementation of and tech support for new department-specific applications and databases Assist with the development and maintenance of CfRCs web site.
Qualifications: BA degree or equivalent combination of education/training and work experience. Advanced degree a plus. Minimum of six (6) years of information systems experience including supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of Windows 2000 Professional Server and RAIDs, Linux (including SMTP servers and POP mail), TCP/IP, LAN administration, office and Internet applications, and network printing. Experience with VPN and firewalls, databases, HTML, calendar programs and productivity software. Knowledge of general ledger and fundraising databases is a plus. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills; ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, aggressive targets and deadlines and strong trouble-shooting skills across a broad and diverse population and environment. Experience within the public and/or non-profit sectors preferred but not required.
Salary range is $ 48K - $ 52K per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
