Sorry to chime in uninvited, but are you aware that Ruben won't have a position of authority in NYLXS effective April 1 (no, that isn't a "fool" by the way)?

It seems to me that the sooner you and Mr. Wynkoop agree to terms, the sooner you will cease being offended by Ruben's use of the "NYFU" label. And regardless of how your associate ended up with a domain he shouldn't have, the fact remains that he continues to own it (intentions aside). I see no moral high ground here.
