Yes - Keep it up Jay. More people believe you with every ranting. NYLXS is a
dictatorship, Ruben never constuls with anyone, Brett is a saint, I throw
NYLXS off the net (the weather had nothing to do with the line going down),
and I concieled my problems from the group, especially Marco who I asked to
help me fight off the WWWACS when this was happening....
You sound increasingly like an fustrated crazyman.
For the record, we did meet with Wiener for over 3 hours, we have continued
with petitions and actions, and your disagreement with NY Fair Use tactics is
NOT an excuse to attempt to seize NY for Fair Use, or to sit on our domain.
Nobody in New Yorkers for Fair Use, or NYLXS has elected you to judge the
leadership or actions of either organziation.
You are not judge and Jury of NYLXS or NY Fair Use.
And your wrong. Your wrong on tactics, your wrong morally, and your wrong in
fact.
Furthermore, NY Fair Use is now protected by the NYLXS Charter. This is
different from your nameless organizations, or LXNY, neither of which, to my
knowledge have charters, memberships, or rules.
In fact, this has been a matter for discussion with the board. We don't really
have anyone to negotiate with. Your organizations has no structure, leadership
or representation. And it has been a question as to if anything anyone on
your side of this dispute can do to be made to be held accountable. If we
come to an agreement with You and Brett, what guarantees do we have that you
will abide to the agreement, and what procedures do you have in place to
assure disipline on agreed matters?
And now your trying to ruin ours by holding both NY Fair Use and NYLXS domains
hostage.
How long will it take for you to get your house in order for an agreement?
