The registration date is the same date I put out this message.
I think if there was EVER any question about the ehtics of Brett, it ends now with this, not to mention that they are now violating two NYLXS brands, one registered as a US Trademark and the other to be registered this week after use for over a year.
And now we find out that Wynkoop was parading around impersonating Brad Kuhn. maybe it is time for the FSFD to step in and do something.

Do to persoanl finances I'm going to be shutting down the NYLXS website this week.
In addition, we are going to probibly need to move the Linux One class out of Manhattan and into Brooklyn
