SUBJECT | Subject: [hangout] NYLXS/NYFairUse/NYFU
|
I spoke again with Jay very late last night. From Jay's understanding, both "NYFU" and Brett are willing to come to the table. I couldn't get this info out earlier. I had some personal things to do today, the day didn't go so great, and I'm short on sleep.
The board is aware of the "settlement terms" that I drew up. Since it hasn't been provided to the entire board except as I read it, I didn't go over all the details. I read to him some of the paragraphs regarding what each side would do, and he was basically agreeable to what I was reading. I informed him that the NYLXS board would have to vet it first, and make changes, and then "NYFU" and Brett would have their input, but it basically goes over most of the issues, and Jay was in agreement on most of what I read (from my understanding of what he said).
After the conversation, Jay emailed me a phone number for Brett. I am assuming that I should be calling Brett for the same subject.
I'd like the board to go over the "terms of settlement" writeup that I made.
Or if this is not acceptable, let me know what to do.
Or not do. If a list of the board with contacts has been made, now's the time to let me have it. Off list please. I mailed a list to Ruben last night or earlier today.
Was that list complete?
Should I use that?
Vin.
