I'm having a little trouble digging up this information. The best I've been able to find is a listing of committees.
Perhaps Selso can use his status as an actual member of NYLXS to unearth the appropriate information. I'm a big fan of having it all spelled out for me, preferably in bullet points on a single sheet of paper.
This much I can figure out, though: Elections take place anytime between the 17th and 23rd of March. These are the committees:
Membership Finance Education Journal Lobbying Web Site Public Relations Install Fests Real Estate The Free Software Institute The Committee to Support Free Software in Education Inservice program
Also, I assume the President and other administrative officers need to be elected.
