You didn't help NYLXS at all. you mostly interefered with the operations of NYLXS and then you pulled a hissy fit when you were staying with me because taking the shortest route to getting DSL, rather than the best DSL, which, BTW, is MY DSL. But you and Brett wanted to dictate the terms of my personal phone service, the terms of my internet connection, and if I wouldn't comply you made an unauthorized copy of the website, mailing list and registered the .org domain while refusing to give it back to the organization.
And then you decided you would take NY Fair Use as well.
Truthly Jay, you acted selfihly every step of the wy on this.
Now we're done. You have a deal on the table to settle the dispute.
You should take it and agree to part company.
