Jay made a direct threat. So it's not a question anylonger.
I don't understand this reluctance on your part in the view of direct evidence to believe people, especially Brett, and often Jay, can have malicious intent. Instead of trying to figure out how Jay and Bret aren't what they are, work on getting the NYLXS.org domain from them.
