Here's an oldie but goodie from NYLUG which demonstrate an ETHICAL mens of disagreeing with a group. This was the email which I sent when we seperated NYLXS from NYLUG. Notice, no threates to take over the group, or disposal of it's leadership:

I didn't WANT to make a different group. but as a moral human being, I was not going to destroy Jims work over this disagreement. So i created NYLXS, just as I singlehandledly created NY Fair Use
This is in contrast to YOUR efforts, which include stealing the NY Fair Use website, sitting on the NYLXS.org domain, and harrassing us at meetings.
Your a villian in this sorry story.
