Ruben,
We need to have a meeting with Jay and Brett. If you don't want to call it an official Board Meeting, I think that's an acceptable and appropriate measure, given that they have been banned from the organization.
I do agree with you though that the stated purpose from our point of view of the meeting from the start needs to be the transfer of the NYLXS.org domain from Brett to NYLXS. However we should, as a show of good faith, despite any personal issues any of us may have with them, give them an opportunity to voice any legitimate issues they may have with NYLXS as an organization.
Additionally I suggest that we transfer the meeting from the Killarney Rose to a location that has internet connectivity so that we may complete the transfer of the domain right at the meeting.
Once again though, the deal you are offering, Ruben, is one that Jay and Brett will likely find to be fair and thus will result in the resolution of this matter. We should not thwart this process any further by petty bickering over the logistics of the meeting.
