Due to the gravity and importance of this situation, I would strongly suggest that this proposed meeting be a Board Meeting and in agreement with Joe Gastara, this meeting should be held in a private setting. The only other condition I would like imposed is that all a final conclusion to this matter be resolved once and for all. This has gone on way too long....
Regards,

I'm not opposed to a board meeting with their apearance.
I'm opposed to it in a public place, and I'm oppsoed to it being a 'presentation' and I'm opposed to it not being linked to the negotiation of the trade of the NY Fair Use brand from NYLXS to Jay and Brett for the .org domain.
There is no indication from Jay or Marco that the meeting that is being proposed is for any other purpose other than a indictment of NYLXS, and me personally.
This I'm not interested in. There has been no suggfestion that they are willing to transfer the domain. This is just the repeated request by Jay that 'both side of the story' needs to be heard when they've had multiple opportunities to do this.
It's either a meeting to get the Domain exchanged for the NY Fair Use brand or not.
Marco can respond to what they are willing to agree to or not. But I'm willing to bet a lot that they are not willing to actually put the matter to binding arbitration of to negotiate the exchange.
and Sunday is the last day I'm holding out that offer. So they should move faster. I want this settled before the election.
