Oh no, then why did Brett refuse to meet with the board a few months back? That is hiding. Your not going to bait me into a bad decision.
Brett and Jay are solely invited to a meeting for the purposes of negotiation of the exchange of NYLXS.org for the Fair Use brand. that's it.
They can call their own meeting if they want to put on a dog and pony show, and your welcome to attend, but this will not be something we will give a platform for.
A real finding of facts is not done like a pubic lynching, but is done in a civilized and controlled manner before an impartial panel with proper cross examination and recorded for evaluation.
This is a proper way to handle such an issue, with affirmation of statements and in with rules of behavior.
It's my feeling, that at this time Marco, you've already made a decission and agree with the statement inflamatory rhetoric from Jay. If your now representing Jay and Brett, and not NYLXS, you should just come clean on this.
