Right and it will continue indefinetely because he was mirroring the site and was making a private mailing list outside of the organization.
the blackhole routing will continue. In addition, it was a decision supported by the board in the irc meeting that we had which I have recorded the logs for.
> so there is little hope > that any of us can get his version of events, This is completely unfounded and untrue. Bret has been repeatedly offered the oppurtunity to do so to the board and refused to accept. And now that they've been cornered with a deludge of historical documents against there case, and exposed they are now begging for an unrestrictive open floor to address events.
Joe Villari completely got a report from Brett first hand and reported it to the board. Oppurtunities have been many and often.
At this point, he is still refusing to discuss it with anyone who is in opposition to their taking the domain.

This is correct, but it can change. When Jay refrains from damaging the organization through the list, it can be reinstated. meanwhile, his most accusatory messages have been openly approved for review and sent through to the list.
> Both of these acts have been > individual decisions by Ruben, Well - what can I say... I'm guilty of crimes against NYLXS. the blackhole routing will continue. The ban is now permantent for Jay and Bret.

This was discussed last night, but it doesn't really matter. I will not cover this accusation here as its a side issue to the matter before us, which is the ownership of the NYLXS.org domain and my foundation of and ownership of NY Fair Use. I will also say, just to clarify things, that I never mail bombed the wwwacs list. I mail bombed someone who attempted to hack into, what was at that time, my completely personal server. Furthermore, that did not lead to the my connection being cut off. Complaints about my spam filter was the cause of that after the WWWACS tripped it intentionally.
In addition, they have been given oppurtunities to address the board face to face on this matter. They have refused. We are not going to spouncer a shhot out at the OK Coral, although they prefer to work like that in order to obsure facts.
They can bring up this and any other venomous and red-herring complaints to the board when they are ready to enter a closed meeting with the Board for the purposes of transfering the NYLXS.org domain.

The broad was very involved last night. We had about 4 votes. Joe G will post the minutes which were recorded.

We had over 20 people at the meeting last night.

Jay specifically sent an email threatenign this, and this was the reason why he was removed from the list.

Huh? What is the Kings James installfest?
You mean the Kings Games installfest? Where Brett and Seth showed up to disrupt things. We were mostly all at that installfest. I'll leave it for those who were there to judge the events.

Is this a letter of resignation?
I hope you don't resign, but I can understand how feeling on this matter can produce such a need and I would be understnanding of it if you felt you did not want to anylonger participate with NYLXS.
Please let us know your decision.
