First, yes, a rules committee should formed. In fairness to Marco, he should be included.
In regards to more time, I believe that the level of this split has personally hurt Jay's feeling on this matter, and he might be trying to arbitrate for Wynkoop in god faith.
Based on this alone, I would be willing to extend one more week with assurance that the problem will be solved in good faith before March 15th. The domain must be willingly be secured before March 15th under this condition.
I want everyone to understand my reasoning on this now, because often I've extended these kind of olive branches and then they were reinterpreted and became points made against NY Fair Use, NYLXS and me peronally.
If it's not in good faith, then we will immediately procede to legal action.
