I think that's fair. What do you propose? If I've been inconsistent, my apologies. I don't want this problem to be passed on to the next administration usless it's in the courts.
And I don't thing Jay is able to speak with authoirty on the matter either. But I'm not going to let it just go on and on. There needs to be a conclussion.... and not in a month, but in a week.
