I don't know how this relates except as a guess, but Marco is not my concern here, but leaving the orgnazation in a stable condition, getting the NYLXS.org domain, and protecting NY Fair Use from a group who attempted to upsurp it is. And settling it before April is the goal.
This method your described probibly didn't work with the dog, and I doubt it would would with a human being either. The solution in both cases would be the same, keep the dog off the carpet until it's trained to crap on the curb during the walk.... not that this relates to anything...
