Well, I guess I can use that excuse too.
I happen to agree with Bruce on this. Despite their shoddy products and
bad business practices, MS is a very major force in the IT industry.
If you want to win over the people who haven't made up their mind,
excluding MS isn't gonna make your arguments look like they can stand up
to scrutiny. And they can, so why risk the adverse appearance.
This is a bit like politics. You aren't gonna win the swing voters if
you are not willing to face-off in an open debate.
