Given that I had an absense of facts suggesting otherwise, naturally I was
most willing to give those responsible for this event the same benefit of
doubt I would give anyone. I have not dealt with Tony in over a year so I
had no idea what he has been up to or why. If it would be helpful to have
such a meeting, we could certainly try finding out who directs this
"cyberspace policy institute" he seems part of. In that it is part of GWU,
maybe this could be discussed with their board.
