Your still wrong on all points. And none of this is related to the discussion about the conference. Some of them are offinsive like:

What Artibratry criteria doesn't satisfy you?
The Limited Resources? The Goals of the event? The fact that MS is not an OS or FS company, according to their own press? There history of antagonism to FS? There criminal behavior?
You haven't given not ONE positive reason for their inclussion other than 'Hey There MS! Let's all Bend Over and Bow'.
Sorry, this doesn't wash. They have to EARN their way onto the panel like everyone else. They FAILED to do so. They fail in EVERY WAY. There is no reasonable criteria that you can create with would rationally reward them for bad business practices and put them on the panel.
