This event is a conference on the adoptation of Free Software in government.
Microsoft is not qualified to speak on this topic. They have no experience Free Software, and the they have no experience in the Open Source Movement.
They are un qualified to partipate. It doesn't get any simpler than this. If Microsoft wants to engage on a debate of the merits of Free Software, which they are doing already through mailings and advertising, we can set up a more appropriate forum for this.
If they want a seat at the Free Software tabvle, they'll have to do it the old fashion way... They'll have to earn it.
