Absolutely they do. It is the FOUNDING premise of copyright law in the US.

Your completely wrong. This is the first case where the Court has explicitely said that Fair Use is defined as the tool protects the 1st, 4, 5th ammenndments of the Bill of Rights.
Since these rights are guaranteed the public, they supercede copyright, and NOW it becomes CLEAR that an application DMCA is unconstitutional if it inhibits the private ownership of computers and media.
It confirms, DRM IS THEFT. and it CONFIRMS, We are the STAKEHOLDERS in Copyright.
