I found it better to learn HTMl code first before using and HTML editing tools. HTML editing tools tend to make some bloated code and you will not be ale to fix it if you don't understand what's going on.
It's like using a calculator; you can do 1+1 but if you don't understand math you won't know if the answer is right or you made a mistake.
