We can certainly charge for services we rendered.
We didn't ask for Wynn Data LTM to take our class
and students, but we certainly should get reimbused
services which we provided.
We invest a lot of money and time developing a student
body at great expense, and these were upper class members
There background and affiliation with NYLXS and the FSI
was carefully nutured, and the services which Wynn Data
LMT charged for to the students, and commedered cost us
considerable monies.
The market value of those services, I think, are fairly
reflected in the invoice.
Brett called Joe Maffia today to tell him he has 2 checks
from the class, and that he TOOK his stipent from the checks
and wants to bring the difference to Joe Maffia.
The minute Brett siezed control of the class, the students were
no longer in our program. But we still gave services to
Wynn Data LTM and we are billing apropriately for the costs
incured by the organization for Brett's benifit.
